The health of your wire guide spring is critical to the success of your stitching operation. After time your wire guide spring will wear and deteriorate at the wire contact points. This will look like flat spots and uneven grooves in your wire guide spring. These grooves and flat spots will cause wire shavings, wire dust, other fine metallic scrapings to clog your tubes, guides, and formers.
